|
Glass for electronics are intended for manufacturing of Image intensifier tubes, semi-conductor optical sensors and other electronic devices. input windows for II tubes Glass for electronic technology applications are characterized by the following parameters: - coefficient of thermal linear expansion within temperatures oС;
- softening temperature corresponded to viscosity 1011 Poise;
- temperature Тae100 at glass specific volume resistance equals to 100 Mohm;
- thermal and chemical resistance.
Depending on coefficient of thermal linear expansion the following glass types are being manufactured: | glass type | refraction index ne | CLTE alpha 20-300 107 C-1 | temperature oC | stability | | softening at 1011 Poise | Tae100 | thermal oC | chemical to water % influence within mass | | C 52-1 | 1.4850 | 52.0 | 585 | 285 | 180 | max 0.5 | | C 78-5 | 1.5382 | 79.0 | 525 | 500 | - | min 10 | | C 95-2 | 1.5180 | 95.0 | 590 | 230 | 115 | up to 0.12 | | 6Ba4 | 1.6431 | 92.0 | 480 | - | - | max 0.08 | These glasses are supplied in form of strips with dimensions (40 ± 3) x (40 ± 3) x (410 ± 10) mm or other shapes and sizes that if required can be discussed with a customer. More detailed information about optical glasses for optical electronics is submitted additionally according a customer request.
